Graphic Designer

Position Overview:

We are seeking a creative and experienced Graphic Designer with 3-5 years of experience to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing and impactful designs for various digital and print media, including websites, social media, advertisements, brochures, presentations, and event materials. The Graphic Designer will collaborate closely with the marketing team, web developers, and other departments to bring concepts to life that align with our brand identity and communication goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design visually stunning graphics for digital and print media, including websites, social media graphics, presentations, brochures, posters, event materials, and email campaigns
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop creative concepts that effectively communicate the brand’s message.
• Ensure consistency of brand aesthetics across all visual platforms, including website UI/UX.
• Develop layouts for services & product illustrations, company logos, websites, and other branding materials.
• Prepare design drafts and refine them based on feedback.
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are polished, on-brand, and visually appealing.
• Work on video editing and motion graphics for marketing campaigns (desirable but not mandatory).
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and industry standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 3-5 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
• Experience in UI/UX design is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Video editing and motion graphics skills are a plus.
• Familiarity with web design and CMS (e.g., WordPress) is an advantage.
• Creativity, innovation, and strong problem-solving skills.
