Key Responsibilities:

  • Validation: Discuss and validate requirements with internal developers
  • Fulfilment Oversight: Ensure efficient fulfilment of client requirements
  • Functionality Testing: Conduct thorough testing before deployment
  • Deployment Coordination: Obtain necessary permissions for live deployment
  • Client Training: Provide initial training sessions for clients
  • Client Support: Offer ongoing support via phone, email, and remote assistance
  • Incident Management: Handle incidents through identification, categorization, and resolution
  • Change Requests: Validate and implement new client change requests
  • Record Keeping: Maintain records of incidents and troubleshooting steps
  • Reporting: Prepare reports on incident statuses and client feedback
  • Follow-up: Proactively check in with clients on outstanding issues
  • Team Meetings: Attend meetings to discuss ticket progress and concerns
  • Internal Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams as needed

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 0.6 months to 3 years in a technical support role, preferably with CRM systems.
  • Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft SQL and MySQL; basic networking and manual testing skills.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
