Key Responsibilities:
- Validation: Discuss and validate requirements with internal developers
- Fulfilment Oversight: Ensure efficient fulfilment of client requirements
- Functionality Testing: Conduct thorough testing before deployment
- Deployment Coordination: Obtain necessary permissions for live deployment
- Client Training: Provide initial training sessions for clients
- Client Support: Offer ongoing support via phone, email, and remote assistance
- Incident Management: Handle incidents through identification, categorization, and resolution
- Change Requests: Validate and implement new client change requests
- Record Keeping: Maintain records of incidents and troubleshooting steps
- Reporting: Prepare reports on incident statuses and client feedback
- Follow-up: Proactively check in with clients on outstanding issues
- Team Meetings: Attend meetings to discuss ticket progress and concerns
- Internal Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams as needed
Qualifications:
- Experience: 0.6 months to 3 years in a technical support role, preferably with CRM systems.
- Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft SQL and MySQL; basic networking and manual testing skills.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
